We are a very reasonable company and more than happy to work out arrangements that keeps ‘you’ the customer happy. Our terms, conditions and policies are outlined below for your convenience. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products which is why we offer a 3 month warranty. Our warranty covers standard use of your phone and the case. It doesn’t cover drops, extreme temperatures, impacts, exposure to water and liquids (note: bamboo is naturally water resistant however extended exposure may cause defects). If you would like to make a warranty claim please contact us and we will help resolve your issue ASAP. On contact if you could forward photo’s of the case that would help speed things up.

About Drops

iBark’s signature 5 layer cross lamination was designed to ensure the natural material is as strong and durable as possible. If you drop your phone It is possible for the case to break. Although we would not expect this from a minor fall, our warranty doesn’t cover drops. If you are the type of person who is frequently dropping their phone or device then maybe iBark isn’t for you (however we do offer discount replacements… see below.)

Discounted Replacements

As a sign of gratitude to our customers and our obligation to provide a positive experience we offer a 40% discount, off the current retail price, on a replacement if you break your case. This offer can only be used once for each purchase and for the exact case (including engraving) you previously ordered. Contact us to arrange a replacement.

Natural Material Variations

Each of our products are unique because of the natural materials they are made from. Bamboo and other natural materials all have their own unique colourings and grains. Also, each computer has it’s own unique screen settings. For these reasons we do not offer returns for a dissatisfaction with the colour or grain of the product you receive in comparison to what you see on our website. (Note: we have never had a customer complain about this but just covering our butts:))

Exchanges & Replacements

All exchanges will be made only with the identical product ordered. Offers for replacements or discounted replacements are only valid when the exact product is still in production and not discontinued or out-of-stock. At any time, iBark reserves the right to place products out-of-stock or to discontinue them indefinitely.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. The customer is responsible for any custom fees, import duties, or taxes that may be imposed by your country’s customs department.

Devices & Property

iBark is not responsible for any damage to iPhones, iPads, or any hardware or devices used with our products. Our warranty excludes, without limitation, any scratching or surface damage to any non-iBark product. Additionally, iBark is not responsible for any costs of replacing personal property or costs of recovering or reproducing any program or data stored in a device used with an iBark product.

Pricing & Billing

iBark reserves the right to change the pricing of the products we sell at any time for any reason. We also reserve the right to not honour typographical errors which may cause incorrect pricing on our website.

You will be charged the full amount when you place your order even if your item is not shipping for an extended period.

Agreement

The preceding terms and conditions govern the sale by iBark® between you the buyer and iBark. By placing an order with us you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree with our terms and conditions. Please notify us, prior to placing an order, if you disagree with any of these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to alter our terms and conditions at anytime for any reason.
